Welcome to FlixHub. By downloading, installing, or using the FlixHub application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

FlixHub is a content search engine application that helps users discover and locate movies and TV series from publicly accessible sources on the internet. FlixHub acts solely as an aggregator and search tool — similar to how a web search engine indexes and organizes publicly available information.

2. Nature of the Service

FlixHub does not host, upload, store, or distribute any media content (videos, movies, TV shows) on its own servers.
All content accessible through FlixHub is hosted on third-party websites and platforms that are not owned, operated, or controlled by us.
FlixHub simply provides links to content that is already publicly available on the internet.
We do not have control over the availability, legality, accuracy, or quality of content found through our search results.

3. User Responsibilities

By using FlixHub, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any content accessed through the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The FlixHub app design, logo, user interface, and original source code are the intellectual property of FlixHub.
Movie metadata, posters, and descriptions displayed in the App are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) under their API terms. TMDB is not affiliated with FlixHub.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in search results belong to their respective owners.

5. No Warranty

FlixHub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Availability, reliability, or accuracy of search results.
The quality, safety, or legality of content found through external links.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FlixHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We are not responsible for any content accessed through third-party links found via our search results.
We are not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or security issues arising from interaction with third-party websites.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. DMCA & Content Removal

FlixHub respects intellectual property rights. Since we do not host any content, we cannot directly remove media files. However:

If you believe that content accessible through our search results infringes your copyright, please contact us with details and we will make reasonable efforts to remove the offending links from our search index.

10. Account & Data

FlixHub does not require account creation or registration.
All app data (watchlist, preferences, download history) is stored locally on your device.
Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

11. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlixHub. If you are under 18, you should use the App only under parental or guardian supervision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
